Cacao comes in block-shaped pieces.

Simple Recipe:

1. shave about one fourth of a square block of raw cacao to melt more easily
2. warm 2 cup water and/or milk of your choice (not boiling)
3. add shaved cacao flakes into warm water/milk
4. blend
5. add sweetener of choice
6. add a pinch of salt
7. set an intentional heart space, offer a gift of gratitude and enjoy!
